Dear All,
I am a PAKISTANI citizen and i have applied for SPOUSE VISA immigration. My wife has submitted our case from CANADA. ANd she got the acceptance letter also after 45 days...
CIC website also showing the statu that my (applicant) documents have been also received.
Its been a year that case had been submitted.
Now after one year i have emailed them regarding our application status and they replied that our case is In Process...please let me know what does this mean....secondly, when will i receive any letter from embassy? ANd how much time it will take more as the website is showing 26 months processing time....
Please HELP....

e-cas tells you it will be 26 months processing time.
So it has been one year minus 45 days or just over 10 months since the Visa post has your application.
Look to it being another 16 months if not longer. There is only one officer at the Visa Post in Pakistan.

I am in Canada with my wife, she has submitted all documents. Including my police report which has a official police caution in 2002. What is my fate?
