I am being deported.. I am 23years old and I am wondering if my employer can adopt me after I return to my country??

One time, many moons ago I was deployed to cover a few shifts at the Vancouver Intl´ airport. On my way to the hotel, I went out to grab a bite to eat and one guy approached me and ask me for "a coin" he was probably in his mid 50s or older I would almost say probably 60 plus. I said no, not now. He said back to me. "Please help me out, I am an orphan".
HE WAS PROBABLY 60 YEARS OLD OR OLDER! I even had to laugh and he kept a straight face!
Back to the addoption part. The answer is no. I just had to share my story somehow it relates to yours.

I was ask the question by my employer.. She is going to sponsor me as a live in caregiver.. But she was just wondering.. I asked here instead of paying a lawyer just to find out no!!

I hope you have: at least six months’ training or at least one year of full-time paid work experience as a caregiver or in a related field or occupation (including six months with one employer) in the past three years.
Otherwise you´re not going to qualify as a caregiver and you should forget about applying.

I have been working as a live in caregiver not under the program with my employer for about 2 years in Canada.

You are legal-aged adult; why not marry your employer and make it a spousal sponsorship; it is likely to go through faster

True- my employer is a female and because she has no children, I have become like a daughter to her..
Roy- I didnot ask her, I donot like the idea considering she is going to sponsor me but since she asked the question, I pass the question on to this forum to get an answer..
