Subject: Documents for Immigration
  Hi

I was looking over the application for immigration to Canada and it asks for copies of a number of documents, e.g Education, Passports, Proof of family in Canada.

Do these copies have to Certified, Notarised or just Photocopies?
Also do you have to have your cerdentials evaluated for immigration to Canada.

Thanks you for your help.

Paul

Not required to submit such as unless indicated in the application guide.

Here are some examples of how documents should be sent in:

ORIGINAL ONLY: police certificate, etc

CERTIFIED COPY: all documents not in English and French

COPIES ONLY: all the rest, however, golden rule is that in order to make your application solid, certified or notarized documents are recommended, but it costs fair amount of money.

Certification service at consulate service is much cheaper than solicitors and barrister do.
