Hi,
I have applied under 38 list and got file no in june2010.
When i recently checked my status on cic it showed that my file process has started on 12 jan 2012.
Pls tell me how long it will take ?
When will i get medical & visa ?

I have the CSQ and I applied for the PR on Oct. 2011, I have the following questions:
1- I am thinking to go back to school to start my graduate study. The question is do I need to apply for CAQ and does this cancel the CSQ I have.
2- I am planing to get married by July 2012, does this effect my PR application in a bad way I mean does this cause delay in my submitted PR application.
3- if I start my study again will this cause problem to my PR. Note: I have a valid work permit in canada and I am working now.

If you came to Canada on a work permit, then that is all you are eligible to do. Going to school requires a different application from your home country. If you don´t... you could be deported and lose your PR application.
2.the minute you get married you are required to inform CIC of you change in status. Failure to do so is called misrepresentation and you could be deported and lose your PR opportunity for at least 2 years. You may wish to add your new spouse to your application which will take some additional time, or you may elect to sponsor them after you permanently land in Canada. That can take up to 18 months before they can come to Canada.
3. study ´again´? not sure what that mean in light of #1
