Can you live & work in Canada w/o being a citizen of Canada? I have no relatives living in Canada but have always wanted to move there after visiting I just fell in love with the country I am willing to become a citizen just not sure if I would be allowed, since I haev no relatives there. But I would still love to move there permanently.
Is that possible?

Yes, but there is a process that you have to follow and there is a criteria that you have to meet.

I also wished to move to canada .. but currently canada is not taking IT into consideration. Is it worth to go for a PR for the quebec province or should we go for new zealand?
Quebec is a province of canada but can we get a job in quebec once we get the PR?
Any suggestion will be highly appreciated
