Dear All,
Anybody guide me, my visa has been refused due to wrong profession code among 38 professions under skilled worker category. My all documents have been return to me by post mail.
Please tell me what will be the next step that gives me positive response and right way. Thanks for response.

change your category - really. Tell the truth Ali. Don´t give this guy money to lie on your behalf. All it will do is get your application thrown out and you will be banned from applying for 2 years.
Either your category fits, or it doesn´t.

where to send reconsideration (in reply to: Refusal of Visa)
I got refusal letter from london embassy by saying that your relation has not been proved and so we are refusing your application.They have given me 64 points.
My spouse mother and father got immigration and they returned from canada after living some time and she has one brother canadian national.
At the time of application her mother and father were in pakistan and we wrote in our application their present address in pakistan. Now they are in Canada.
2nd proof for her brother,we gave them his birth certificate and passport copy.
the visa officer said that your mother and father presently living in pakistan ,it meandsthey are not living in canada.
In her birth certificate mentioned as
´´There is no birth entry of mr--- S/o --- Grand father name ---- mother name ------ in the birth register maintained in the metropolitan carporation´´
I could not check this ans visa officer said that there is written as ´´ there is no birth entry´´. so you could not prove relationship.
Although he can check his passport no to find his family data,but he did´nt.
Now I have applied relation ship cetificate from nadra.
Please guide me where should I send for reconsideration.should I send request to visa officer London embassy,or any other forum just as court.
Please reply me early as possible.
