i applied for permanent residency and open work permit september 2010, in got my OWPermit after 15 months now im waiting for PR first approval but whenever i look in CIC website they keep changing the processing time from 10 months goes up to 17-28 months now and website claim that they are working on application recieve for June 26 2010. but why my friend applied on july 2010 and got her Permanent residence card on November 2011. i asked immigration through phone and she said she had no idea why? why they keep on adding the processing time?
