my e-client status just changed to medical received,is that mean that i am gonna receive the passport request soon(one month for example),or what?plz experts i need ur help

Yes, you are right - you should receive your PP request letter any time now.

first thanks for quick responce,
and here my timeline:
10/2004 got my Quebec selection
11/2004 Buffalo starts processing my file
12/2004 acknowledgment letter received
1/2005 did my medical exam
today my e-client changed to medical received
but i forgot to tell that I am from midlle east(syria and jordan and saudi arabia) and now i am living in montreal as a student,is ur answer will still be the same(very soon)?

Yes, my answer is still the same. I would say, you should keep an eye on your mailbox today onwards.
