  Hi There,

I applied for H & C in Dec 2011, In Jan 2012, I got medical

request and I my client ID also, yesterday when I saw my online

status it showed, "We started processing your application on March 2.

I read on this forum, one has to send them updates frequently, now my

concern is how should I send them updates, I mean to say by courier or

by Fax and should I send my visa extension also.one more question who

should apply for PRRA. This is my first ever application for H& C,

never claimed refugee.

I highly appreciate any help.

To the best of my knowledge,Your status says ´´ we started processing your application in March,2012. The minimum processing time is about 20 months. So you just have to relax and wait for them to get back to you. You can update your file through hard copies by courier, fax or attachment through E-mail. Is up to your on decision. Do you say they requested for your medical in January? If sound that is something I´ve never heard in a century......( Good Sign or new the procedure). You don´t have to apply for PRRA application except if you failed your refugee claim. Get a legal professional to help you out.
You don´t have to wait for the last minute....

CIC request your medical in January or you did it on your own and send it in?

Good luck
