HOW CAN SO MANY PEOPLE BE FOOLED BY JASON KENNEY THAT (BOGUS) SPOUSAL SPONSORSHIP´S ARE A HUGE PROBLEM IN CANADA?
40,755 Spousal Sponsorship´s in 2010.
A grand total of 7,500 appeals were filed in 2010 with the Immigration Appeal Division. This includes Residency Appeals, Spousal Appeals, Ministers appeal of an Immigration Division decision PLUS removal order appeals of Permanent Residents ordered deported for criminality or inadmissibility based on misrepresentation.
That brings down the Spousal sponsorship appeals to just 3,600.
Then 68% of Spousal Appeals were successful.
So under 2,000 spousal sponsorship´s applications were finally refused out of 40,755 in 2010
I calculate that to be around 5% which were refused. Refusal could be for a number of reasons other then regulation 4 (genuine Marriage)

One of my pakistani friend got refusal letter for spousal sponsorship recently.(she applied one year ago)
Immigration saying that marriage was fraud, even though marriage was genuine. Any advise what she can do about it?
Do you take cases like these? Please reply soon

I do not care what any Visa Post claims I care about what they can and can´t prove.
We do about 70 Spousal Appeals per year.

what are the reasons marriage was declared fraud?
this is a complicated case
