hi to all..my mom got her single entry last year and she stayed with a family friend from oct.to dec .she´s a permanent resident in the m.east...when she came over in the declaration form she wrote the name and address of our family friend.last month she applied again for a multiple reentry but she was denied because of regulation 179..does the interview she had before when she came over had a connection why she was denied this time?please help..

we can assume CIC does not believe she will go home at the end of her visit.

hi maam sharon,thank you for your input..she´s 60 yrs.old,married and a permanent resident in the m.east for 20 yrs..she applied for multiple reentry because her husband is working for an airline company..reasons ticked were travel history,personal assets and financial status(statement of acct is just a print out with a 4,500 usd but without even the name of the bank)it´s because applying for a bank certificate from the home country will takes 2 months,2 pcs.of land in the home country..and purpose of visit and she wrote tourism instead of visiting friends.this time,she wants to try in the home country and maybe this time she will include a letter from her doctor because she´s monitored for cancer recurrence every 3 months..i hope you can give us some advice mam sharon..just want her to enjoy life while she still can.btw,our family friend is an 79 yr.old male..
