hi,
I received request for medical & passport from CIC. My h & C was approved in principle last year. My passport is with CBSA. How should I get my passport back or report CIC that I don´t have my passport with me. as for medical, does DMP take medical history report from family doctors too? I had some medical problem before but now i am health.

Passport from XXX for yourself.
It appears your passport may be in our department´s possession. If this is the case, please submit a copy of your passport´s seize form.
Passports in possession of CBSA are transferred to a local immigration office before the applicants attend for a lading interview. In other cases, some get back their passports. It varies from case to case.
