CBSA - Take your kids with you or leave them behind our job is to remove you.

WELL CBSA NEVER EXPECTED THIS MOM TO PUT HER KIDS FUTURE AHEAD OF HER OWN.

Way to go Mom.

What are you talking about? She was removed from Canada. She followed the proper channels and made it back to Canada.

The moral of the story is that people who don´t follow the proper steps will be removed from Canada PERIOD and the ones who go through the proper steps are welcome.

It is that simple.

Roy what is the use of posting it here? If you call the Immigration cops instead, they can help her leave for coming back after deportation...

Don´t you just love how lots of these so called refugees start spitting out babies when they arrive?? Canada should change the law so that children born in Canada are only Canadian citizens if the perants are PR or Citizens. Thats how it works on every other western nation ( Except the USA and Canada )

Because a CSQ in place does not prevent a removal. Same as having an H&C application in, it could be "almost" approved, in the final stage if you will and if the removal order is still in effect, it is enforced first.

Roy, its a real victory!!!! But its for the likes of you....

Canada has its own set of woes and we have to take on other nations´ problems as well? Where´s your head at? You take care of home first before you try and help someone else except in your case, as long as its a win, the impact of this win on the Canadian people is all together ignored!

I as a taxpayer would like my dollars spent on taking care of Canadians and not foreign welfare mothers! (as if we don´t have enough of those here already!!!!)

You do know that every time we take in one of these economic liabilities, that our pensions will be affected right? You look like you´re not far from retirement so if selfish Roy can´t look at the big picture then at least think of YOUR retirment!

This is a great story and whether she returned due to a sponsership app or the CSQ WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE?! she came back.

It´s extremely hard once deported to return.

It would be nice to see Jason Kenney pass a law that will pause removals if an inland app is in progress (especially if there are children involved)

WOW Common Sense Anonymous ***191.92.41

CBSA removing people who will highly be allowed to return legally sure seems to me to be a waste of personnel power.
