Subject: Refugee Claimant
  Hello guys,

Heres a short version of my family and I´s situation, We Immigrated from Palestine because of the war and the the risk of living in fear. During our hearing my father was very nervous therefor inconstancy was big factor. We were declined the application, we went right ahead and applied for federal court to review our case, and we got denied again as they think there´s credibility issues although everything is 100% but as i stated above my father doesn´t do very well under pressure.

Our lawyer suggested for us to apply for compassionate and Humanitarian application, as I am currently a full time supervisor at a local best buy. and a Collage student looking to major in Biology, and my family are owners of a Local Donair shop. We feel as Canada is our home.

My question is to you guys, what do you recommend we should do?, and if you recommend the H&C application; should I do it as an individual or as a whole family? or if theres any other options you guy can recommend for my family and I ?

Thank you guys so much for your time

My mother in law is in the same predicament. She too melts under pressure and her HC refugee claim was denied. She applied under HC asa she has 2 daughters. One of them are actually born here. The one born here has a hole in her heart and still her HC was denied. My mother in law also has a sucessful business and has worked very hard since coming here. Canada does not care. Her case is now up to the federal crts. I wish you luck but HC chances seem slim in my opinion.

Chris,

What you need to understand is that an H&C application in process will not prevent your family´s removal from Canada.

You should look into other immigration classification, whether is a business class, PNP etc.

The thing is though that you guys may have to leave Canada, apply from abroad and come back.
