If you receive a negative H&C decision based on a National Documentation Package CHN103033.E and you have above quota children. Request a reconsideration based on that IRR being faulty.
No where does it say that the parents will NOT be fined.

Shia community genocide in Pakistan (in reply to: H&C Reconsideration)
Roy, i read your messages for the last 5 years and i am sure that you are fully experienced about Chinees cases.
Now, i have question, People of Hazzara community (shia muslims, minority group ) in Pakistan are being killed on daily bases. government is supporting these saudi backed terrorist groups to kill Shia community. These people can´t hide anywhere in Pakistan because of their body outlook. They looks like chinees or former soviet states. i did wrote letter to PM Harper, and my MP, but nothing happened. May be because these people have no oil to offer for their resque, like the libyan or other mid-eastern countries has!
These people realy need foriegn help to protect them from these religious terrorists inPakistan. Whole world is watching but no one say a single world for them, even United Nation.
What can we do to help these people , i am realy confused.

You have to start by changing your personal attitude then you can start to change others.
Every time I go into my local 7/11 the Afghan guy behind the counter says, "Buy a Donut", "Buy a Brownie". He wants me and every customer to purchase a brownie or donuts because he is in a competition with other sales staff @ 7/11. He never makes a sale and can´t understand why.
Two days ago I suggested he change his sales tactics. I told him to say to customers that "I wished he could taste what those fresh brownies taste like but I´m not allowed to eat and work at the counter at the same time. They just arrived and smell so delicious." Several patrons felt sorry for him & purchased brownies and donuts and then told them how delicious they tasted.
You need to make people in Canada care about these people.
Not put so much negative stuff into your rant. Almost everyone in Canada knows that Pakistan is a failed country that there is little, any small group can do to change the politicians and army of Pakistan to treat any Pakistani citizen better.

Stop blaming others for not caring by insulting them or stating the west only cares if the people involved have Oil. When you yell at someone that they are (WRONG) all they do is defend their position and the ones you care about go without help.
Be wiser in your letters and rants.
