| Subject: Need some advice Its been years. |

I immagrated to canada with my mother in 03 and two years later my mother applied for spouse( my dad) however it got denied . I was wondering is there a chance of her applying again after about 9 years . I mean isn´t that enough time to proove that the marriage is genuine ? . Our family has went throught hell because of the deinal I was left fatherless for the most important years of my childhood however I m glad that my parents stayed together even though they have been seprated in a long distance relationship in desires and hopes that one day our family would be back again .
I will be turning eighteen soon , if i was to apply for my dad would my income be combined with my mothers? Or would it be singly based on mine income ?
any suggestions or help for giving me my father back after 9 years?

Was your father denied because of Regulation 117 (9) (d) because he was not examined as a dependent when your Mother got Landed?
If so there is no way to get him here by his wife. Plus with the postponement of parental sponsorship´s for two years you can´t sponsor him.
If the refusal reason was anything other than IRPR 117 (9) (d) have mom sponsor him again with assistance this time.
