  To All

I had to pass a Language test once and being a 14th or 15th generation Canadian I did not study or listen to the instructions and I failed the first time.

I FEEL REAL PAIN FOR ANYONE HAVING TO TAKE A LANGUAGE TEST.

Now Jason Kenney has a real push on for Language testing. Anything to make the papers, again and again with logic or not.

How many grocery stores have this phrase in them "Ten items or less." It should read (Ten items or fewer). LESS is improper English.

Is this phrase proper English? "The cost of living has increased." Think about it.

Now certain provinces allow entry into Canada based on an offer of employment to employers who can prove they can´t find enough of a particular worker. Jason Kenney is interfering with provinces by now forcing the applicant and requiring them to take and pass a Language test.

Now CEC applicants can only take the IELT´s test they can´t take the CELPIP test because Jason has not approved it yet, hmmmmmmmm

Low Income Cut off not met for a single year (in reply to: Language Testing PNP/Citizenship)
Hi Roy,
I have read your replies and I think maybe you can give me some advice. Here is my scenario:
I am in the final stage of sponsoring my parents. I applied in Oct 2008. CIC have asked for Option C prints for 2009 and 2010. I have annual salary more than LICO for 2009 but not for 2010.

For 2011 I will have the required LICO. But they haven´t asked for my 2011 returns. What are the chances of my parents case passing. What is the best thing to do in this situation?
They have also asked for proof of income for a certain period from 2009 to 2010 besides the Option C. Would T4 and T4A would be good enough? Please advice.

P.S:
Up until Dec 9, 2009, I was single so LICO was for three people.
Now I had a son in oct 2011, so LICO would be for five people.

Thanks a ton.
