I don´t think anyone will be able to give you an approximate waiting time. Applications are typically sent to the Etobicoke office when there are doubts about the relationship or there is some other kind of issue with the file. For this reason it´s very difficult to say how long you are going to be waiting. Each case sent to Etobicoke is individual.
