Hi There,
Can anybody please let me know how long does it take to get a letter
from BRO Vancouver, after online status changed to "Decision made"
on H & C application.
I haven´t received any letter yet,25 days have been passed, I am really worried about that, I am just wondering what decision they have made.I tried to call the call center but the line is busy all the time. can anybody please let me know what is the best time to call them and how long does normally take to connect the call. Now it´s been 25 days but no letter yet. I am really worried.
I applied in Dec 2011, got medical request in Jan 2012, they started processing on the March 2nd and decision was made on the April 10th.
I appreciate any prompt reply

Why would you receive a medical request based on an H&C application?
Especially within one month!
Are you being sponsored by a spouse and submitted your application to the wrong office?
Something is really wrong here.
More detail is needed on the reason you submitted for H&C.

Actually I am a mother and being sponsored by my son and applied under H&C, residing in Toronto and sent my application
to BRO Vancouver

ONE MONTH
I really do not think you will want to see that letter.
Normally H&C applications are not even opened for two years.

Today I talked to the call center agent and told him about my application, she said that my application is in process,I was surprised that how can I get decision so quickly but I am just wondering why my online status shows "Decision made" not only that it shows detailed text like that,
"We received your application for permanent residence on December 22, 2011.
We started processing your application on March 2, 2012.
A decision was made on April 10, 2012 on your application. You should receive a decision shortly. Note that decisions are either delivered by mail or in person. Also note that the CIC Call Centre is not authorized to provide information related to the outcome of your application.

My time line
We received your application for permanent residence on May 22, 2012.
We started processing your application on November 23, 2012.
Medical results have been received.
Interview scheduled for November 20, 2012.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision
What does this mean? Does this look positive?

It is quite normal to be requested to a a medical for h and c applications. This usually done just before a decision is made.If you read the stages of the "in process" procedures you will see that submission of medicals falls into this category.
