I want to thank you guys for your previous positive opinion about my H&C application. Also with the decision of submitting an update to strengthen my application.
DocD,
okay i quiet understand your honest opinion about me updating my files with my child birth certificate or any other circumstance surrounding the birth of my child.
1)She´s my child and I had my application in ever before she got pregnant. I never make up the pregnancy in order to beautify of glorify my application.
2)I said her family really don´t like me not the mother of my child. Furthermore, she has asked me to go ahead and get my child birth certificate to back up my application. She knows that I´ve always been there for her from day one. Even the so-called family, especially her mother was no where to be found on the day she delivered the baby. It was one of her Aunt that took her to the hospital. I was having my semester exam during this period.
3)I have what it takes to secure custody of my daughter in three months. She has been begging me not to report to C.A.S about the case. Now she promised to assist me for whatsoever documents I´ll need for my application.
4) All I´m trying to avoid is the case of criminal or violence against me. I know what i am doing.
5) I am a student of practical nursing and i know what it takes to get a lawyer and file a suite against her and the family.I am happy to be in this country, but also not desperate against all odds.
6)I have faith in both applications I´ve submitted C.I.C. It´s almost a year and five months for my PRRA and a year and seven months for my H&C. is it guaranteed ? No, but i know i have updated my files with solid proofs of document which can be confirmed. I lost my younger brother in this horrible event. I am not happy about the whole situation.
7)I have been working full time from day one I´ve been in Canada.I even paid back this year to C.R.A regardless that I´m paying international fees in the college.
8) I love my daughter no matter what.
In conclusion,I´ll continue to strive to make myself happy and my daughter.Thanks again for your plain-full opinion. I know it was harsh, but that is the truth. I´ll take it and work on it. I am a fighter and not a quitter.

Thanks for your positive comments. Yes my lawyer said the same thing too,because most guys that submitted their application the same time with me have been rejected. Most of them is their PRRA. A guy i knew applied for PRRA application in July 2011 and mine was in December,2010. His H&C was in December 2010 and mine was in September,2010. Most of them got rejected. I wasn´t happy that they got rejected, but my lawyer was using that to explain to me that there is something good about my applications. I have given them so many authentic documents that could be verified with my applications and its even on the internet. I have pictures,death certificate,and causes of death surrounding my younger brother situation.
My lawyer also told me i could apply for my PR after the completion of my studies as a practical nurse.
