I have always used the media to benefit my clients cases because it works. Here is a fine example of a marriage fraud allegation that CBSA and Jason Kenney jumped on to prove Husband/Wives enter into Marriages of Convenience.
The media campaign regarding marriage fraud MOC´s created by this older woman who felt scorned is the reason for changing Canada´s Spousal Sponsorship rules. DNA proves her allegations were FALSE.
CBSA has gone after four of my clients accusing them of MOC´s Marriages of Convenience because the marriage broke up soon after Landing. It takes two to make a relationship and two to end a relationship.
One can be more at fault then the other but if either feels that they were used or scorned false allegations can occur.
