I hv a criminal record with fine $1500. I reported to Custom when I entered Canada. Can I say that I am admissible person?
or
Can they deport me any day they like?

Generally - Yes, you paid your dues and you are fine now.
However, in some cases and depending on who you talk to at the immigration center they may deny your access.
