I want to apply for pr. My wife´s Aunt living there since the last 27 years. Can somebody tell me which type of Documents i need for claiming 5 points under availability.

Any document which can proof that your wife´s grand parents and your aunt´s parents are same folks.
That could be your wife´s parents´ and her aunt´s schooling documents which shows their parent´s name.
You also need a copy of your wife´s aunt´s status in Canada (copy of Citizenship card or passport).
