My online status changed to "Decision made" on the April 10th, it´s an h & c application,now one and a half month passed,but I didnīt get any letter from BRO Vancouver and I spoke to the call center agent she said my application is under process. I am just wondering what to do, my online status says Decision made and I will get the letter shortly.can anybody give me any suggestion how to tackle the situation.

Did you mention risk?
Have you been called to the PRRA?
If so it takes about two weeks to transfer the file then they have to schedule you an appointment for two weeks after the fact so they send you out a letter to attend at a CBSA Office.
If you got called to the PRRA and did an H&C by yourself expect to be told to bring in a plane ticket.

I am not a failed refugee claimant,applied H & C in Dec 2011 through a lawyer and my on line status changed since April 10th 2012 and no news yet.

My status changed to "in Process" on may 06/12 and I gotta letter from them on 7th june/12 so theres a hope,. :)
