TO ALL
If your planning to submit a FSW application (IF) there will be a new list of occupations you should get prepared NOW!
You can Do It Yourself DIY or you can retain someone authorized to assist you. If you decide to DIY do not put down the CIO Central Intake Office as your Visa Post your file will be rejected. If you seek out assistance try to reach an agreement to pay in stages/milestones based on not knowing for sure if your occupation will be on the new list.
Consider the following you have about five weeks to get everything completed. The sooner you submit after the list is posted the better odds are of being accepted.
Last year certain occupations reached the CAP within days.

Will there be a new list, no one knows for sure. Jason Kenney is changing the rules daily but a lot will depend on the Federal Court case about all the old files to be held on June 5th 2012.
Either way it is best to be prepared.
