When does my departure order turns into a deportation order- is it when all my legals are finish I am given the 30 days or was it when I failed my refugee application?

30 days after you receive your departure order.
Day 31 your departure order becomes a deportation order.

Excellent handle because your response is WRONG!
If you do not challenge your negative RPD Refugee Protection Division decision the departure order is good for thirty days.
If you challenge your negative refugee finding (RPD) by filing an application for leave to appeal the thirty days begin when you are unsuccessful by NOT getting leave to appeal.
PRRA and H&C applications have nothing to do with when the Departure Order becomes a Deportation Order.
