Hi!
1)I am a permanent resident of Canada.
2)I am in a position to secure a job in USA with a possibility of statying in canada and commuting from canada to USA for work and come back every day to canada.
3)What are the legal procedures to be followed to make it legitimate?
4) Also, under such situation does the candian immigration dept treat such duration as valid to meet the obligations of staying in canda as canadian permanent resident?
5) will this duration be treated valid for counting the number of days stay in canada to get canadian citizenship?
6)Do I have to pay income tax in USA or both USA & Canada?
