Greetings
i have received a letter from the visa office stating my case is been reviewd and found eligible for furthur processing. the file number in the letter is diiferent from the one i received in the e mail as an acknowledgement. is this thing normal? both file number starts with B
i have applied back in Feb 2010 and received e mail acknowledgement in May 2010, and a letter from visa office in May 2012 mentioning my eligiblity. but when i try to check my status online using CAS, i wont get any results..
please guuide me how can i track my application

MAJOR PROBLEM
Have your Counsel contact the Visa Post they have special e-mail addresses which actually get a response.

thanks for the reply, but where should i contact? i just informed them about the birth of my baby, and attached both the letters with the update form
