Hi
My Canadian soldier boyfriend will marry me here in the Philippines then after that we will file the spousal visa..How long it will take for the spousal visa processing? Is it a good idea to marry in Philippines or in Canada? Which is more faster to process? marry in philippines or in canada?

You can marry in the Philippines or in Canada, whichever you want. As long as you as the marriage is legally recognized by the Federal government in the country where you marry, it will be accepted by Citizenship and Immigration Canada. In practice, you may find it difficult to obtain a visitor visa for Canada to marry there, so the Philippines is probably a more realistic option.
Processing times vary, lately Manila has been taking around 1 year, to that you need to add 2 to 3 months in Canada for the sponsor to be approved.
