  Revoking ones permanent resident status is NOT as easy as DocD seems to think. Now he probably thinks that because most CBSA Investigators have tunnel vision.

It is the Ministers case to prove based on the evidence and what is written in the report whether you misrepresented or not. Even if you misrepresented something that is not in the report you will not be found described.

So you sent half of your paycheck home. What if you sent all of your Pay Check home? You argued so you left before either of you got involved in a domestic assault case.

Recently I represented a client accused of a MOC Marriage of Convenience. The Investigator wrote in the report that (_____) failed to inform CIC or CBSA that they never lived together and that (____) paid for a MOC.

I summoned the CBSA Investigator and asked the following questions;

Is the information in the report true and correct? "YES".
On which date did my client pay someone for a MOC. "I DON´T KNOW".
Is there any evidence in the Ministers disclosure package that gives details of when an alleged payment for a MOC took place? "NO".
Did you ever attend the residence to determine who resides there? "NO".

Plus, Plus, Plus
