My spouse went for medical last month, in Karachi, Pakistan
The receptionist ask about the ruksati,
He asks my spouse that ur ruksati was done or not? she said no.
now i am filling her case. You can understand my concern.

Before the medical or after the medical.
I can only assume that the receptionist was not asking DURING the medical when the Doctor found out she was still a virgin?
Unless the receptionist was conducting the examination.
What was it before, after or during?
