Subject: Thanks Sharon/Moe
  Thanks very much for your suggestions.I tried to get a new employment letter from my previous employer.They didn´t reply yet.I have all my paystubs and W2 and I am planning to send that.Can anyone tell me if that should be Notarized?How mnay pay stubs should we send?Just a few in random?Thanks in advance for your advice.

I always think of the immigration officer as a judge in a court case. We are the laywers. We need to present adequate evidence (you decide) so that the judge can come to the right verdict.

I would think 6-12 random stubs spanning a year would work! Might be overkill.
