Well who did not see this coming???????
My Morning Rant
It is not that I´m happy for all those ICCRC members/Consultants/Lawyers that will be out of business in a week who took clients money expecting a new list by July 1st 2012. I have read on the Internet where other Counsels are telling persons to get ready to apply.
I´m happy that long ago I saw the writing on the wall and switched to helping well deserving persons already in Canada to stay in Canada.
I have been winning Spousal Sponsorship applications at a rate of four a month. I win at least one or two H&C applicants cases every month. When I advocate on behalf of a client with a spousal appeal at the IAD I get passionate at winning a clients spousal appeal when a loving couple can be reunited. I have been preventing or delaying the removal of good people for years.
I advocate on behalf of my clients and I dislike answering FSW questions.

Yup, saw it coming.
while the initial news is a shock, let´s hope that the new system is a hell of a lot better that what currently exists - for everyone.
back to my new status of obscurity.
