Hi,
I´m planning on sponsoring my spouse living in Australia. I looked up the info online. While reading the info, I discovered that my spouse will need to sign this application as well (not sure they expect me to do this since he is not in Canada). I could not find any other forms on line. The one I viewed online is the Application to Sponsor, Sponsorship Agreement & undertaking. Can anyone tell me I´m looking at the correct application? If so, then how I get my husband to sign this?

(in reply to: sponsoring a spouse living outside of canada) You should be using the following forms.

Yes - your husband has to sign. It´s pretty straight forward. Either he can fill out the forms sign them and then courier them to you. Or you can complete the forms, courier them to him, he can sign them, and then courier them back to you. Your call.
Obviously you can use regular mail/post rather than courier. But I wouldn´t do that in your shoes.
