Me and my girl friend are planning on getting marry but she is a refused claimant and has already reported to the CBSA at the airport last month, but was not offered PRRA yet. If we get marry right now can I still apply for an inland sponsorship or does she has to leave canada and I apply for the out of Canada sponsorship? Please help me if you know something about this.

(in reply to: Marry my girl friend( Refugee Claimant) Help Plz) if you apply inland, you are going to be in a very difficult spot to prove you marriage is not one of convenience to avoid deportation.
It would be far better to have her leave and sponsor her outland.
Be very cautious about ´inside offers´. It is a good way to lose your money.
