as i´m holding (USA & CANADA)valid business visitor visa of 6 months right now in Canada,I´m also having the college admission letter and fee receipt and financial documents from home country planing to apply from USA for student visa.if they would call me for an interview and if i have been rejected the student visa,Will they allow me to re-enter into Canada from USA at port of entry.?what are the possible ways to get student visa? please help me at this situation.?Thank you.!

Probably not.
Your best bet, would be to go back to your home country and apply from there, then re-enter Canada as student.
You are too high of a risk that you won´t comply with the conditions of your stay if you were allowed to re-enter Canada.
