| Subject: tourist visa apliction with a drugs caution |

can anyone please tell me if i would be allowed to enter Canada with just a police caution for the cultivation of just 4 cannibis plants , i never had to go to court or received a criminal conviction , could the Canadian immigration tell if i got a caution if i decided not to tell them and what would happen if they found out , it was a medical condition i have and i only want to visit my girlfriend who is working in canada , that was only thing i ever done wrong in my life

I guess you should contact the embassy and ask if you can enter Canada legally with that kind of "Police Caution". Because as far as I know once you have make a violation in a certain country your personal and police information will be checked. There is a big possibility that you will deported from a certain level of violation.
