| Subject: fingerprints not in rcmp sys after 3 months |

I´m doin outland for my husband. He´s in Jamaica. On Apr 25 he brought his fingerprints into Kingston JA immigration. I emailed RCMP and they advised me his info is not in their system. Is this normal? Should I be concerned. Should he do the prints again?
Has anyone experienced this before?

as long as six months if done by paper fingerprints
