@am

We send all of our clients in Canada to the same Designated Medical Practitioner. We had a client who had been in Canada for 17 years illegally and we filed and had won her H&C application.

When she went for her medical xray there was a shadow on heart. So he sent her for another Xray. Then an echo cardiologist twice. Then it was determined she needed open heart surgery, big bucks.

There is a lot more to this story but the main point is that my DMP kept CIC away until after her heart surgery and recovery so she was not found medically inadmissible.

Book DMPs who assist the applicants with medical matters before the medical files are sent to CIC.

Imagine if the DMPs send the medicals even if the applicants have medical issues to be addressed.

Yes and then they would be still here like Mavis Baker is after all of these years.

OFFICER SAYS (in reply to: medical problem please help (roy))
"The PC is a paranoid schizophrenic and on welfare. She has no qualifications other than as a domestic. She has FOUR CHILDREN IN JAMAICA AND ANOTHER FOUR BORN HERE. She will, of course, be a tremendous strain on our social welfare systems for (probably) the rest of her life. There are no H&C factors other than her FOUR CANADIAN-BORN CHILDREN. Do we let her stay because of that? I am of the opinion that Canada can no longer afford this type of generosity."

The reference to Mavis Baker has nothing to do with ´DMP who keep CIC away until after the applicants are not found medically inadmissible.

So... Roy actually advocate immigrants coming illegally... It is tantamount to commit a crime (e.g beat Roy up) and later hire a lawyer to wriggle out of it...

Guess money talks...

I do not advocate on immigrants coming illegally I advocate to keep persons here based on compassion which has to be common sense to me and others.

Regardless if a person in mentally ill or physically ill if her Canadian children would suffer if she was removed I would advocate until the cows came home.

The University Health Network (Toronto General) wanted 64 thousand for the heart ladies operation but do to the Law they agreed to only charge her sixteen thousand.

When the Heart Surgeon learned of what others had done to her and how great a person she was he charged her NOTHING!
