Hi to everybody. I was in Canada on refugee status but we was declined and we was on risk of removal program that it was also declined. My husband he is chef and i pastry cook one of our kids born in Canada. when we left we paid for our tickets and immigration officer gave us a one year that we cannot come to Canada in any way , now this period is almost past and we still want to come to Canada. we have job offer for both of us the employer is ready to fill and to get LMO but i am very concerned that after 2 or 4 years that our job offer ends we do not need to come back to our country. What is our options and if its realistic with our background to get PR when we are gonna be on job offer in Canada ? Thank you so much I really appreciate it.

I think you´re going to have difficulty being approved for a work permit.
To be approved for a work permit, you must satisfy CIC that you will leave Canada at the end of your work permit. Given you are failed refugee claimants, I think CIC will suspect you want to remain in Canada long term.

You had a departure order but you decided to stay so it became a deportation order. You are barred forever unless you apply for and obtain an ARC authorization to Return to Canada. Cost $400.00
It is difficult but it can work.

Fiance denied refugee claim today (in reply to: Immigration issue need help)
Hi All,
I´m seeking guidance in our situation. I´m engaged to be married in September this year, I am a canadian citizen, has a good secured career, my fiance just got word today his refugee claim was denied. My question is, what should we expect to happen next? We want to know how nest to proceed? We´ve already made payments on our wedding and I don´t know what to do. He´s also waiting to hear back regarding his work permit, he submitted his application in June and still waiting to hear back, will this denied claim affect his work permit?
