Hi everyone, ROY AND DCOD, just want some advice and any idea of what you think might be happening to my applications. I have a prra application which is about 18 months(1 and 8 months) and my H&C which would be 2 yrs by next month September 2012. I spoke with a cic agent last few weeks an she said my application for H&c is under verification processing, but still awaiting first stage approval. I was told by the officer in charge of my monthly voice reporting at the airport that both files are now joined together at Montreal BRO office. I have been updating my application whenever new things comes up. My file is up to date and hoping something good comes out of it. Well I applied under the new H&C regulation and I kind of raise RISK in my humanitarian;though it is not a full risk but i still have to mentioned it because my family where-about back home is still unknown to me. One of my younger brother was executed by the police and i have submitted a proof from the medical doctor that he was rushed into the hospital after enough torture.My other younger sister is still in detention and where she´s now is still unknown. No one is even showing up again as they´ve gone underground because they are wanted by the cruel federal police. So this is where the risk comes in the application....
