can somebody help me in this issue. i"m a permanent redident sine 27 July 2010. I made my landing and had returned back to my home country on 27 September 2010. I returned back to Canada through Pearson Airport on 18 August 2012. When the immigartion officer asked me about when i left Canada i replied 27 September 2010 and everything was good. When i reached home i was checking my passport i found that below the immigration date stamp the officer wrote down a notice that i´m out of Canada since 7 September 2010 not the 27. is that a big issue is this notice treated as formal information. I tried to call CSBS but it just for general information. Please tell me what to do and whom i can contact

Have you ever heard that saying of "don´t cross the bridge until you get to it".

So you became a permanent resident and for what ever reason & decided not to really reside here. Caring and compassion has to be common sense.

If they come after you for residency you better hope you have evidence that you have resided here in EVERY five year period for 730 days.
