| Subject: h&c application but doesnt show it |
Hi everybody,
I have sent my h&c application on march 5th 2012 but when i check my application online it doesnt show anything..any idea??

Hello Ahmet, do not be despair, as long as you´ve sent it to the right processing office; then you should give them more time.Normally mine took about two to three months before I could see it online. I guess they have lot of work load. Did you try calling the call center?

Thanks for reply, I sent it to Vancouver office it´s been more than 5 months thats why i felt kinda uncomfortable.. How is going your case? Any news?

Hello, you´re right. That is the right processing office. Just keep your finger cross and keep checking the online status. Mine was submitted in late 2010 and still in processing, but it base on case by case. I have seen someone that applied about three months after mine with a decision.It was negative though, but just to give you a timeline and how they make decision. For now keep updating your application for better positive out come....Gud luck

I understand, my lawyer was a prra and h&c decision maker at immigration before but now he is working himself as an immigration lawyer..he told me that my application´s decision will come within a year..but i dont really think it ll come that fast..i called the call centre thry just told me they received my application. Thats it.
I want to update my file but i dont have many things to update ( just new tax returns and maybe couple more references letters) would that be still enough to update?

Lolz....I know most corrupt representative would say that just to encourage you to drop the money fast. To be honest with you, that is what most of the desperate client´s needed to console their fidget. If He/She had told you that it would take up to three to four years; I´m sure you´d have not like such statement. Like i said it depend on case by case. To be candid with you, I´ve been counting days after days till today. Nest most will make it 24months that I´ve applied for my H&C and 2o months for my PRRA application. I have seen people with short timeline with positive/negative decisions. Just keep doing the right things because the office will make decision base upon what he/she has during the decision period. Before they ask you to update your file, but now it is the applicant´s responsibility to update their files. I am running out of endurance, but there is nothing i can than to wait for the decision. I know how it feels during this awkward situation. OMG!!! It been two years now...wow..time fly´s

I totally understand you.. I feel what you feel trust me my friend.. Im doing right things nothing illegal or nothing bad. But you are more experienced than me.. Please tell me what to do to make my file strongerand stronger.. Do they care about establishment in canada or they care about the risk of going back to my country mostly?
What can i do? Like volunteering ? More refenreces letters? What is your strengthes and weaknesses?

Btw I m a rejected refugee claimant too.. When can i apply for prra ? Do i neeed to apply?
