| Subject: Letter of consent from Non-Custodial Parent |

I received a letter from CIC asking me to provide letter of consent from the father of my children with his ID. It is important to state that I had a child for this man while in Africa and was about 2wks pregnant for the second one when he left me without looking back and has never seen the child till date. Can any one please advise me on what to do, thinking of writing a letter notrized and/or make an afidavit to that effect, am confused can you advise on what to do.
