Hi,
If we resign from the current company and continue to stay in the country without getting employed anywhere, then how many days of grace period is allowed? OR there is no grace period. The WP is valid for only the current employer.

Once u r not employes u r out of status immediately, but there is still some provision whereby u can file an appeal to restoration of status.
