I sponsored my spouse relationship not working out anymore. He been lying and hiding things from me. It looks like he is just using me to get his PR. He has harrasment charges on him from past. He over stayed his visa in the past.I didn´t know any
of the things till after all the application was processed. We did had interview Everything was fine but because he had criminal record they rejected it. He was arrested at the interview as well but he got out on bail. Did application again. And now he is acting up with me .

I need to know what I can do to withdraw hiss application and how can I get the bond back without any default. I also don´t want to tell him either or else he will hide.

please advise asap.

Write to CIC that you would like to withdraw the sponsorship and visit the bond centre that you wish not to act as bond person.

All about the money????

"How I can get the bond back without any default" LOL.

Well you write here that you were fooled and fooled and now you want to rid yourself of him and get your money back that (you posted) on the bond.

Your such a perfect little angel you did not know your husband (overstayed) how could that be? You went to a Spousal Sponsorship interview and convinced an Immigration Officer that your relationship was genuine and likely to continue.

Then at the Interview he was arrested and detained???? Seems strange that CBSA would not throw his butt on the very first flight since he would of had to produce a passport to be Landed with the Spousal Sponsorship. Then after you found out details of his past "you sponsored him again" yet he is inadmissible!!!

You want to punish him and (get your money back) without him knowing, lol.

The odds are he is reporting every so often and you being the bondsperson will know the CBSA Office where that is occurring. You do have access to his bond papers it says on them.

Anytime a person violates a bond the bond person who posted a performance bond (promise to pay) or a Cash Bond (normally a combination of both|) are **** out of luck.

What goes around comes around - how true.

Yes it is about money. When u put 20 grand on Sumone but when you find out what that person is just upto then yes money does matter. For your kind information its not his money. I worked hard in my life to get that money. I don´t make money like u consultants do.

its not necessary you know everything about ur spouse before maarriage N at times you
