Subject: Additional Family Information
  Guys,
Do we need to mention applicants mother and father name and details though they are not accompanying to the Canada??
or its not required.
They mentioned in the visa office specific forms
Additional Family Info form:
Completed by applicant
Completed by Spouse or common law partner

So do we need to fill it two seperate forms??

I will appreciate if you guys can throw some ideas on it.

Thanks,

what about brothers and sisters?? do I need to mention though they are not accompanying with me.
Should this form be filled by both the applicant and the Spouse seperately?

Yes, as the instructions state, the principle applicant as well as the spouse or common-law partner and each dependent child over the age of 18 must fill out an ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION form.
