| Subject: Student visa for a post graduate one year diploma |

Hie guyz...i need help urgently please....ok i am a female 32 years old and i graduated in 2005 with a bachelors of science degree in business administration with a management and marketing emphasis in the US and returned back home to south africa soon after my studies....however i have decided to go to Canada for a post graduation course in Human Resources Management for a year but i have a few questions:
1) Is there an age limit on a student visa to Canada?
2) Will this seven year gap since i left school in the US be an issue?
3)If my brother who is a US citizen and a project network manager for Twitter based in California paying for my tuition, does he need to show the whole tuition in his bank account including living expenses or just sources of funds and an active account??
3) What ties do i have to show to prove that i will come back after studying?
please help and advise me for visa purposes...
