You want to fulfill your dreams of moving to Canada as a skilled worker immigrant or a spouse. Possibly, you want to remain here in Canada after your failed refugee claim.
This has been your dream for a considerable amount of time. Should you retain someone to assist you in this matter?
Remember it is your dream to immigrate to Canada.
Do you want to wake up in the same bed, under the same roof with that partner you love, sooner than later?
Your future is here, there is little for you and your family back in your native country.
Plan for your future, do your homework. Always focus on common sense, read the Immigration Act, Immigration regulations and the manuals. Ask others if your plan is logical and detailed enough.
Can you build a house for yourself?
Can you build an airplane yourself?
Can you build an electric car yourself?
Sure, you can, in theory!
Can you be successful with your Canadian Immigration application yourself? Sure but is it worth the risk when it is your dream.
When it is your DREAM do your own due diligence and research who is best to represent you based on your own personal circumstances. Do not hire someone who meets you at Mc Donalds or at a Coffee shop. Do not hire someone because of his or her big fancy office or how many young attractive staff he or she has. Ask who will actually be working on your file and what experience they themselves have.
Most important.
Ask them WHY they do what they do. Get references. Make them prove they have won numerous cases regarding your personal situation.
Hold on to your dream and never let it go.
