Subject: most confusing Question ever
Is it possible for principal applicant (skilled worker category) to leave his wife and children in Canada with ample money for three consecutive years while he may return back to his native country.
The idea is that the wife and children will get Canadian Citizenship in three years. The question is would the wife as a Canadian Citizen than be able to sponsor his spouse back to Canada. If he does not return for some reason within stipulated time

Q.2 if Principal Applicant decides to do the above mentioned would it effect the Immigration process or Pr status of his wife and Children in any way

simple answer? (in reply to: most confusing Question ever)
Do you still have PR status? If you do, you only need to be in Canada for 760 days out of the 5years prior to your application to apply to renew your PR card.

If you no longer have PR status, depending on why you lost it, if its not for a serious criminal admissability reason, your wife can sponsor you.
